    INDUCTION (Relaxation & Entry into Hypnosis)

    Take a slow, deep breath in…And gently exhale…

    Allow your eyes to close…And as they close, allow your body to begin to soften…

    Notice the surface beneath you…Supporting you… holding you safely…
