No. The programme is not a diet plan. It focuses on emotional triggers, craving control, subconscious patterns and building a healthier relationship with food.
Can hypnotherapy help food cravings?
Hypnotherapy and EFT may support craving awareness and emotional regulation, but results cannot be guaranteed. The work is designed to create more space between urge and action.
Can I still eat normally?
Yes. Unlike substances that can be avoided completely, food is part of daily life. The goal is a calmer, more conscious and more balanced relationship with eating.
